We take every booking commitment seriously.
Every booked shift commitment means that the office is counting on you to be there. Canceling with sufficient notice is not permitted as any type of cancellation is considered serious.
We do understand that things happen and are out of your control and that is why we ask you to verify the reason when you reach out to us about re-activating a block account.
Canceling a shift less than 24 hours of notice, your account will be immediately blocked. If you have any existing booked shifts, you are required to still attend those shifts.
If you have a doctor’s note, accident report, or other documentation related to your cancellation, we may request that in order to review and possibly reinstate your account.
If the reason is for COVID, your account will be placed on hold for a minimum of 14 days for recovery. You will need to reach back out with appropriate notes/documents.

Without a doctor’s note or other documentation, your account will automatically be blocked for a minimum of 14 days from accepting shifts and job board listings.
