Where Can I Find My Shift Details?
Once you’ve booked a shift, you can access all the details through the TempStars app:
- Login: Open the TempStars app and navigate to the calendar on the landing page.
- Look for the Coral Dot: Confirmed shifts are marked with a coral dot on the calendar.
- Click on the Shift: Select the shift to view full details.
What Information is Included in My Shift Details?
Your shift details will include:
- Office Information:
- Address (viewable on a map too).
- Messaging Feature to connect with the office.
- Parking details.
- Shift Information:
- Date, start time, and end time.
- Your agreed-upon hourly rate.
- Payment terms (e.g., payment within 2 weeks via cheque).
- Important Notes:
- Your start time is when you are expected to be in scrubs and ready to work.
How Do I Contact the Office?
If you have questions or concerns about your shift:
- Open the shift details in the app.
- Use the in-app messaging feature to contact the dental office directly.
What Do I Do After the Shift?
- Mark the Shift Completed:
- Go to your calendar, click on the shift, and select Mark Shift Completed.
- This will start the invoicing process.
- Confirm Payment Terms:
- You can verify with the office if they need any additional details (e.g., bank account info for e-transfers).
