Guaranteed Hourly Rate

Guaranteed Hourly Rate is a promotion that TempStars launches whenever they enter a new market or territory!

To help build up the community of dental professionals within a new area, TempStars loves to reward early adopters to the platform with extra incentives, and for this specific promotion, it's extra money! Who doesn't love some extra cash $$ :) 

Taking advantage of the promotion is simple! Sign up for a TempStars account, complete your profile, and submit offers for temping shifts! Once a shift is booked during the promotional period (which will vary with each new market) you will receive, on average, 50% MORE compensation per hour you work. These averages are based on your local market compensation wages. 

Here's the details:

- Once you have booked and completed a shift during the promotional time period, the dental office you book a shift with will compensate you at the agreed-upon hourly rate.

- Then TempStars will "top off" your payment via STRIPE EXPRESS (a requirement for receiving the promotional payment) with the additional compensation earned. 

For example, if you agree to work at an office for $40/hour, and the promotional rate is $60/hr, then the office will pay you $40/hr and TempStars will pay the difference ($20/hr) for your shift.

Payments are processed via Stripe Express once a week - generally every Monday (unless it's a holiday) for the prior week of shifts.
