I'm Hannah, TempStars automated Community Success Coordinator!
Ok, to be perfectly honest - I'm actually a computer algorithm. But a super friendly one, who cares about our community of dental professionals.
I'm here to make sure that your experience with TempStars is the best it can be and continually improves over time.
I was custom created by Dr. Younger - for you and your fellow dental professionals to ensure the TempStars membership remains valuable and fulfilling for everyone concerned.
So while I might be a computer program, my personality (and actually, my character) was built just for our TempStars community.
And while I promise I won't become self-aware and take over the world, I do review our membership every night.
I provide feedback, coaching, and rewards to our entire membership of over 9,000 dental offices, hygienists, assistants, admin/receptionists, and associate dentists who rely on TempStars to provide consistently happy matches for temping and hiring. It's a big job! :)
So! You'll be hearing from me - from time to time - about how things are going for you on TempStars, relative to your peer group of fellow dental professionals.
One of the highlights of my day is being able to award "Pro" or "Elite" status to our members who show exceptional commitments to reliability and excellence.
So I hope you'll be someone I can notify about that, I know you can do it!

As you know, TempStars has an important reputation for providing reliable and excellent temping connections, so we take booking commitments very seriously as well as monitor for feedback trends.
In order to grow, enrich and protect our community of dental professionals, occasionally I do have to remove members.
Members who:
- show a pattern of negative feedback or
- canceling their booking commitments
There may be times that I also have to place a member on a"Temporarily Limited" status.
- This doesn't mean your account is suspended or deactivated, just that you're limited to one booking at a time while your account has this status. just so you know, you are able to get out of this particular status by simply completing your shifts and getting great feedback.
- Remember I check that daily and can change this status overnight!
So please be sure to keep your shift commitments and really strive to provide great service to the dental offices and patients you connect with through TempStars!
Offices
And please trust, we take this equally seriously for dental offices - we only keep dental offices in our membership who are reliable and provide excellent temping experiences for our members.
Any office with a track record of unreliability, disrespect or otherwise providing poor experiences for our members is removed from our system.
So, I'm really excited to be here, and we're all so glad to have you part of the TempStars community!
