Within our TempStars platform, we now have an in-app messaging feature! When you have a booked shift, you can now easily communicate information with that booked hygienist/assistant. How do you access it? Easy!
Step #1: Book a shift with a hygienist/assistant
Step #2: Click on the booked shift and click “Chat/message”
Step #3: Type your message and send!
When you have an unread message, there will be a little notification on the booked shift symbol app notifying you! It will look like a little red dot on that day in your calendar. As well, you will get an email with the message - just to make sure you don’t miss it!
Within the messaging feature there are a few rules… hourly rates cannot be modified, shift hours cannot be modified, and cancellations cannot happen. When using the in-app messaging feature, all regular policies must be followed from all members.
The point of the in-app messaging feature is to relay any important information. Let's say you have tricky parking directions, let your temp know!
