Promotion Period

• Duration: The promotion runs from November 10, 2023, until December 31, 2023.

Who's Eligible?

• Target Group: Specifically aimed at dental offices in Ontario, Canada.
• Criteria: This promotion is for those offices that haven’t posted a shift on the TempStars platform for over 90 days prior to the announcement.

Promotion Mechanics

• Requirements: Eligible offices must post at least three shifts during the promotion period.
• Incentive: TempStars will waive the placement fee for one shift completed within 2023. Note that this waiver is only for the placement fee, not the Talent's hourly rate.

Limitations and Restrictions

• One-Time Offer: The incentive is limited to one free shift per eligible dental office location.
• No Combining Offers: This promotion cannot be merged with other offers and depends on the availability of Dental Hygienists and Assistants.
• Right to Modify: TempStars retains the right to change or substitute the incentive under certain conditions.

Incentive Fulfillment

• Automatic Processing: Eligibility and incentive fulfillment are automatically determined and processed through the TempStars database.

Resolving Disputes

• Contact Point: TempStars Member Support is the go-to for any promotion-related disputes.
• Resolution Timeframe: Disputes are aimed to be resolved within 1-2 business days.
• Individual Dispute Resolution: Any unresolved issues will be handled individually.
