What Are My Payment Options?
You can pay your dental professionals using any of the following methods:
- Cheque: Issue a cheque directly to the professional.
- E-Transfer: Send payment via e-transfer (you’ll need the professional’s banking details).
- Stripe Express (Pay Now): Use TempStars' payment processor to send an electronic payment. (Note: A 4.75% processing fee applies.)
What Are the Payment Timelines?
As a dental office, you can choose from the following payment timelines:
- Within 24 hours of the shift being completed.
- Within 2 weeks (Net 14).
- Within 1 month (Net 30).
Important: TempStars recommends completing payments within 2 weeks to ensure smooth operations.
What Happens If I Miss the Payment Deadline?
- If your payment is more than 3 days late, TempStars will process the payment for the professional on your behalf and charge the credit card on file.
- Repeat Offenders: Offices with a history of late or non-payments may be subject to removal from the TempStars platform.
How Do I Enter or Update My Credit Card Information?
- Log into your TempStars account.
- Click the menu icon
- Select Locations.
- If you manage multiple locations, update the credit card information for each location individually:
- Click View next to the location.
- Select Update Payment Information.
- Enter your updated credit card details and click Submit.
- Your information will be securely stored for future transactions.
What Are Placement Fees?
- Canada: $57 CAD per completed shift.
- United States: $38 USD per completed shift.
- Placement fees are automatically charged to the credit card on file and may include applicable taxes.
