Do you sometimes experience a glitch or error when opening a certain website? Or while using our app perhaps? We can assure you that we test the app very extensively before each release, but that doesn’t mean we are immune to human error. And when these errors happen, a solution such as hard refresh will usually do the trick and fix the issue once and for all!
But what is a hard refresh?
Hard refresh is a way of clearing the browser's cache (hidden stored history) for a specific page, to force it to load the most recent version of a page or website. Sometimes when changes are made to a website, they don’t register immediately or aren't always visible until you perform a hard refresh.
Furthermore, a hard refresh can be done differently depending on the tool you’re using. So first, let’s do a refresh using your phone using these simple steps below.
Step 1: Completely exit out of the app and reopen it
Step 2: Try deleting the app and re-downloading it from the App Store or Google Play
Step 3: Try clearing the cache from your phone (iPhone or Android)

2. Select browser Safari to open the link
3. Scroll down and tap Clear History and Website Data

5. Select Website Data. Lastly, tap Remove All Website Data and then Remove Now.
6. Once the cache is cleared, delete and reinstall the app/refresh your browser and you're good to go!
