Making sure your profile is visible to offices when submitting your offers will help get you booked.
One of the reasons you may not be getting offers accepted is due to the limited availability of Dental Assisting shifts while the competition is high for the shifts posted.
We're actively addressing this issue by encouraging our member offices to post more shifts to increase the opportunities for our dental assistants.
It's our priority to provide you with more options for shifts in the near future.
In the meantime, here are some tips to help you make the most of the opportunities available:
- Submit Your Offer Promptly: When a shift becomes available, make sure to submit your offer as soon as possible. Being one of the first candidates to express interest can work in your favor.
- Polish Your Profile: Your profile reflects your skills and experience. Take some time to ensure that it accurately represents your qualifications and highlights your strengths as a dental assistant. It could be important to seek work outside of our app so that you can work with other agencies to gain valuable work experience to add to your profile.
- Emphasize Your Experience: Offices often consider your experience and how well you'll fit in with their patients. When you submit your offer, please include any relevant details that showcase your expertise and interpersonal skills.
I know you're committed to providing excellent care to offices and their patients, and we're confident that you'll be able to get booked for a lot of shifts in the future.
