New Profile Designs!

TempStars is launching a *new* design for your Profiles on Monday, September 16, 2024. This updated experience will allow you to highlight an "about me" bio, qualifications and skills, and work experience to stand out and put your best foot forward when submitting an offer. 

Uploading resumes will be a thing of the past, and instead, we will have 3 simple sections to showcase who you are and what abilities you have. 

While the new profile designs will launch on Monday, September 16, 2024, our community will have a transition period that allows all users to update and review their profiles to the enhanced look. On September 30, 2024, you must have your profile updated before you can submit any new offers on shifts. Remember that while all sections may not be required at this time, your best chance to have your offer selected is to provide information for all sections in your Profile!

Please review the information below to see what each Profile Section now looks like and how you can navigate it!

About Me:

Navigate to Profile > click on the pencil icon

Once you have filled out the "Tell offices how you shine...." section you can click on "Improve Bio" which submits it to your profile for edits (such as spell check). Or you can click on Skip for Now which will exit without saving any changes.

Qualifications and Skills:

Navigate to Profile > click on the pencil icon

Once you've clicked on the pencil icon, you can edit your Skills and Training as needed. Click Save when you are done!

Work Experience:

Navigate to Profile > click on the pencil icon

Once you've clicked on the pencil icon, you can click on "+Add Position".

Fill out the prompts on the next screen and click Save when you are done.

Please be mindful that if you click the "Back" arrow you will receive a notification that you will be exiting without saving.

When will the new update be released?

The new TempStars app update will be released on Monday, September 16, 2024

What are the main changes in this update?

- A new, improved design for a better user experience

- Enhanced profile features for talent (hygienists and assistants)

- Changes to the custom offers page and navigation

What's new for hygienists and assistants?

- You'll have the option to fill out an enhanced profile with your skills and qualifications

- There will be a two-week grace period to complete your enhanced profile after the release

What's new for dental offices?

- You'll see a more comprehensive view of talent profiles, including skills and qualifications

- During the two-week grace period, you may see a "View Resume" button for talent who haven't yet completed their enhanced profile

Will I need to update my profile immediately?

Talent will have a grace period after the release to complete their enhanced profile. However, we encourage you to update your profile as soon as possible to take full advantage of the new features. Updating profiles will have to be completed by September 30, 2024, in order to continue submitting offers.

Are there any changes to navigation in the app?

Yes, there are some changes to navigation, particularly on the custom offers page. The app is transitioning to a new framework, which may affect how you navigate between certain pages.

What if I have trouble with the new update?
