When you get booked for a shift you will receive an immediate email telling you that you are booked and confirmed with that office! If you have our app, you will also get a text notification. In your account, the red target will have turned to a red solid dot that looks like this:

All you have to do now is show up on time with a smile on your face and you'll have an awesome day with that office!
