What are TempStars hygienist’s / assistant’s hourly rates? How are they determined?

Our new feature, the hourly rate selector has introduced a system that preserves the concept of open market principles while still guiding and managing the hourly rates that are submitted in offers for temping shifts.

Offers Submitted

Hygienists and assistants will submit an offer to work your shift.  When viewing the offer, you'll see the hygienist/assistant's hourly rate, their school and year of graduation, their resume, and star rating.

We intentionally keep our fee per completed shift at an industry low, to give office's a little extra wiggle room when deciding on accepting an hourly rate or not.

If the offer is acceptable, you book the shift right then and thereby accepting the offer. 

Custom Offers

If the hourly rate is above your budget for the shift, you can decline the offer and when indicating the rate is above budget, you can indicate what would be considered an acceptable rate.

The offering hygienist/assistant will receive this feedback and resubmit an offer if your indicated rate is acceptable.
