As soon as you post your shift, all hygienists or assistants (depending on your need) within 110km of your office are immediately notified.
They can then view your posting within their TempStars app. Any available hygienist/assistant can then send in an offer to work your shift!
You will then receive an e-mail and an app notification when you have an offer from an available temp to work your shift.
The offer will have the offering hygienist/assistant's school & year of graduation, their resume, hourly rate, and their star rating.
You will have 18 hours to respond to the offer (either accept or decline it) before it expires. If the offer is acceptable, you book the hygienist/assistant right then and there from within the TempStars app/website.
Please note that if a shift is posted after Friday at 4pm EST it will remain active until the following Monday at 12pm EST.
Once booked, confirmation e-mails are sent out to you and the booked hygienist/assistant.
