Do you think we have a glitch on our app? We test the app very extensively before each release, but that doesn’t mean we are immune to human error. To save yourself some time, try these steps first! If that doesn’t work, please click the Help button and email us to let us know what is going on!
Step 1: Completely exit out of the app and re-open it
Step 2: Try deleting the app and re-downloading it from the App Store or Google Play
Step 3: Try clearing the cache from your phone.
1. Open Settings
2. Select browser Safari to open the link
3. Scroll down and tap Clear History and Website Data
4. Next go to Settings & select Safari. When in the Safari Settings menu scroll down to the bottom and tap Advanced
5. Select Website Data. Lastly, tap Remove All Website Data and then Remove Now.
6. Once cache is cleared, delete and reinstall the app/refresh your browser and you're good to go!
1. Open Settings
2. Tap the Store heading to open its Setting page
3. Tap the Other Apps heading to see a list of your installed apps
4. Find the application TempStars and tap its listing
5. Tap the Clear Cache button
6. From the same menu, click the Clear Data button
7. Once cache is cleared, delete and reinstall the app/refresh your browser and you're good to go!
