Occasionally an office has a change in their patient schedule which means they wish to change the hours of the temping shift.
If an office changes the times of the shift, you will be notified via email and through text notifications (make sure you have the TempStars app installed).
If the new times are acceptable, then you don't have to do anything.
If there is a problem with the new times - don't cancel the shift - notify us right away here.
We'll help you sort it out - most often the office would prefer to go back to the original hours instead of seeing you cancel the shift.
If the can't/won't change the hours back to accommodate the original booked times, we'll cancel the shift for you and there won't be any penalty.
If you must cancel the shift because the office significantly shorten the shift hours within 24hrs of the shift start time, the office is required to compensate you according to our Short Notice cancellation policy.
