Changing Login and Profile Information

Step #1: Log in to your TempStars account

Step #2: Click the three blue lines in the top right corner of your home page

Step #3: Select “Profile” 

Step #4: Change the necessary information and then click save! This will update our system immediately as well! 

Updating your password:

Simply click “forgot password” on the login screen of the  https://www.tempstars.com/  or app and follow the system prompts! 

Change your login email:

Simply contact us with your current login email and the new replacement you would like it updated to! Contact us through our Help Widget. 

An assistant that becomes a hygienist and wants to find shifts for both:

• If you are currently registered as a dental assistant with TempStars and have completed 

         your dental hygiene and would like to find shifts for both positions, this is possible.

        You can keep your assisting account but will have to create a new account for hygiene.

      Go to our https://www.tempstars.com/  and at the top right click “Create Your Free Account”

An assistant that becomes a hygienist and wants to only do hygiene:

• Contact us through our Help Widget to deactivate the assistant account.
