Good news - You are now able to re-validate your account credit card!
If your credit card has been previously "Declined " or "Failed" for whatever reason, you can now check in our app once you've resolved the issue with your credit card.
When there is a decline or fail we do send you an email to let you know to look into your credit card account to rectify it right away.
Steps to Re-Validate your card
1. Simply log into your TempStars account
2. Click the Menu at the top right of the screen and scroll down to "Locations"
3. Select the location you are updating and the profile screen will come up on your screen
4. Scroll to the bottom of the page. Here, you will see an "Update Payment" button. Click that and then click on "Re-Validate Credit Card".
When you click that button, our system will do a check on your card to ensure it is working and if it is, the credit card status will change to Active!
At that point, any unpaid TempStars placement fee invoices will be charged and you will be able to post shifts and use Pay Now to pay any temp invoices.
