What is Stripe Express?

Stripe Express is an automated way for you to get your money faster! Stripe is an international and leading platform when it comes to payment processes. It's trustworthy, it's secure, and it's what we've been using since being founded, to do our own payment processing! 

How does Stripe benefit you?

For years, and until recently, when a dental office used our "Pay Now" payment system to settle your invoices, Dr. Younger would manually e-transfer payments directly to you via e-transfer. With our massive growth, we are hitting our daily e-transfer limit therefore no longer can guarantee payments within 24 hours. So this was no longer the fastest way for you to get your money, hence - we introduced Stripe. 

How does Stripe work? 

We connected Stripe Express to our platform and everyone who signs up with Stripe Express gets their own individual, encrypted ID in our system (we use this ID in our system to link to your Stripe Express account that has your information, and this is to keep your information private and secure - i.e. TempStars employees don't have access to your banking info). Then when an office uses Pay Now to settle your invoice, our system checks if you've signed up with Stripe or not and if so, it uses your encrypted ID to send your funds immediately to you (within 1 hour of the office clicking Pay Now). 

And that's it! It is simply a way for you to securely get your money even faster.
