Enable Insta-Book for your Office!

Now live on our app is the ability for offices to "Enable" their shift to be instantly booked in by a Pro or Elite hygienist/assistant! 

As an office, when you are posting a shift there is the option to "Enable" Insta-book. What this means, when you check that off, you are allowing any Pro or Elite hygienist or assistant (depending on the shift type) to instantly book themselves in to your shift, without having to accept their offer. No more missing out on great candidates, because their offer expired before you could accept it :) 

The hygienist or assistant books themselves in at the Recommended Rate that you selected when posting the shift, and the shift is automatically confirmed and you are good to go!

Only Pro or Elite hygienists or assistants have the ability to book themselves into your shifts, and only for the shifts that you "Enable" this feature for.

This feature allows your office to have the confidence that you are getting a Pro or Elite member coming in to work your shift, it allows our top members the opportunity to book themselves in and work more shifts, and it takes away any friction of expiring or missed offers.
