If you get an offer that is above what you can pay, you can decline the offer, provide the reason that it is above your hourly rate, and submit an alternate offer that will go back to the temp. The temp sees this and can then choose to submit a new offer at this rate or not submit another offer. |

Appears on Hire Staff button and shows new applicants to your job post. If a red dot appears on your booked shift it means there is a message for you to read. |

When your shift is booked and confirmed, if you select to view it you can use the messenger chat feature to communicate with the temp and vice versa. 2 hours before the shift starts, the temp contact information will be available to the office if they can't reach you through messenger.

When a shift is complete both temp and office will be prompted to complete a rating based on the shift experience. Select:
If you select “Unhappy” after the shift, you have the opportunity to write what happened during the shift and request member support to contact you to discuss the issue. |

Once you have posted a job in the job board, you will receive applications from candidates.

Post a Job | Menu > Hire Staff | List of job postings for your location(s) for available permanent or contract positions |
To post a new job:
The job posting is reviewed within 24 hours and can be viewed on the job board after that time. Postings expire in 30 days. Expired postings can be re-posted. When someone applies to the posting you will receive a notification to review the applicant. |
View Job Applicants | Menu > Hire Staff > job posting > applicants > temp > view resume | View new or existing job post applicants |
From your job board view, you will see the postings that you have that are active. The applicant button will show a number representing how many have applied and/or how many are "New". If you click the Applicant button you will open the next screen to review details. A list of the candidate(s) are here noting graduate year and school and their current rating. Contact information and name are blurred out until you decide if you are interested in this candidate.
If you view the resume you will also be able to download it. This view it show you:
A summary percentage is given for how likely satisfied you will be if you hire them. You can choose here if you would like the applicant to know the office contact information. |
Update Interview status | Menu > Hire Staff > job posting > applicants > temp > view resume | Keep track of applicants that are interviewed, did not show up, or have interviews booked |
At the bottom of this screen there is an "Update Interview Status" button. This allows you to keep track of:
