Posting on our Job Board is easier than ever!

Watch this video or read the steps below
When you log into your TempStars account:
- simply click the “Hire Staff” button at the top!
- This will bring you to your account, within our Job Board.
- If you have any active, pending, or expired/deleted ads - they will all be viewable here.
- To post a new ad, just click “Post Job”.
- From there, the system will take you through all the prompts to make sure your ad has the most important and relevant information for who you are looking to hire.
- Job ads expire after 30 days, but if you haven’t found the right candidate yet, you can easily just “re-post” that ad to keep looking for qualified applicants.
(Hint: Ads that have inviting and detailed Job Descriptions, tend to get more applicants!)
Once you submit your ad, our AI feature on the Job Board will give you an enhanced version of your job description that you can look over. You'll be able to choose between the enhanced version or the original version you wrote and then you can post your job ad!
As well, at any point, you can edit that ad! If the information has changed, or you want to add more details to the job description, simply click on the active job ad and “edit” it. Super easy!
