It's something we've never done before, but as we're growing to over 10,000 dental hygienists and assistants, it's become clear we really need to focus on making sure our community remains healthy and strong for all dental professionals.
This means making sure we only have the best, most reliable, and respectful dental offices posting shifts, and likewise ensuring they have the best, most reliable dental professionals to connect with.
When an account is flagged with the status "Temporarily Limited" this doesn't mean your account is suspended or deactivated, just that you're limited to one booking at a time while your account has this status.
This happens based on a daily review of accounts by Hannah, she's our Community Success Coordinator and it's so important that you read about what she does on a day to day basis.
We monitor account statistics for feedback and cancellation trends and how they are relative to the rest of our entire membership that are able to keep their ratings well above the goal.
As you can imagine these are things that can affect not only TempStars but ALL of our members - offices and fellow hygienists alike who have to expect the reliability and professionalism they've come to know in using us.
In these cases where your account moves into a "Temporarily limited status", most members are able to just complete shifts with great feedback and without canceling and that moves you back into an "Active" status.
So certainly we're still happy to have you as a member of TempStars and we really do believe in providing all our members with the best resources and inspiration so they can set themselves up for success!
