What is TempStars fee per completed shift? When does it apply?

In Canada, our fee per completed shift is $57+HST per temp shift.  In the United States, our fee per completed shift is $ 38 USD. 

This fee is only every processed after a shift is completed (no charge to post a shift, no charge to book a shift).

The fee per completed shift applies to all shifts booked using the app. It also applies to any shifts made through direct contact with a TempStars hygienist/assistant if the hygienist/assistant was introduced to the office by TempStars.
