Waiting for your hygienist or assistant to arrive? While this is rare, if your hygienist or assistant hasn't arrived for their scheduled shift yet, they might just be running a few minutes behind - traffic, parking, etc.
Here's what to do:
Step #1: Click on the booked shift date to view the hygienist/assistant's phone number, and call them on their phone.
Step #2: If they don't answer or there is any other issue or problem, Contact Us Here Right Away for the fastest response and we'll help your resolve the situation! Note: It helps to write "Emergency" in the Subject line to help us flag urgent support e-mails.
In the exceedingly rare cases where a hygienist or assistant misses their booked shift or no-shows, we will immediately re-post your shift, and we send out an Urgent alert to every available replacement in your area. With over 6,500 hygienists and assistants in our membership, there’s a good chance we will be able to find a replacement for you and save the day.
Your booked hygienist or assistant's phone number will be available 2h before the start of the shift and viewable under the shift details when you tap on the shift date.
Use our In-App Messenger Feature: Our messenger feature is a great way to send messages to your booked hygienist/assistant. Just tap on the booked shift date and tap the Messenger icon to send a message. They will receive it via text message as well as e-mail. Their reply will be sent to your TempStars app, as well as via your office e-mail.
