Let's get your offers in, it's so easy!
It is your proposal or bid of the hourly rate you would like to make for a given shift. Hourly rate range is determined based on work experience. You submit an offer by clicking on a shift, picking an hourly rate, and then by clicking "send offer". Quick and easy!

- From your home page click "View Available Temping shifts" This will show you all the available shifts in your area OR
- From your home page, your Calendar will also show available shifts green calendar dates as well as booked shifts Red calendar dates.
Great question! So every account is different and specific to the number of shifts that you've completed already.
As a new member, your maximum shifts is set at 5.
And every time you complete a shift your maximum goes up by +1.
It goes up by another +1 every time you get amazing feedback from offices, and that's your goal to get it going up quickly!
A good tip I can pass along is to book and complete sooner shifts so you don’t have to wait long for your maximum to build up.
Why have a limit?
As you can understand, the reason for the maximum is so that hygienists and assistants with a proven track record for keeping commitments and providing excellent service, are able to book more and more jobs.
View shifts and sort by:
Newest: most recent added to App
Closest: closest to where you live
Soonest: the most current date
What you will see:
- Office name and location
- The distance the office is from your house
- Shift hours
- Payment terms
- Office equipment types
- Software type
- Charting type
Are you ready, place that offer!
Step # 1: Click the “ Select hourly Rate” button
Step # 2: Select the hourly rate you would like to receive to complete this shift
The office will have posted a proposed rate which is the range they are comfortable with for the shift.
Step # 3: Click the “ Send Your Offer” button
Step # 4: Return to your calendar and will have a red target dot. which indicates you have an offer for the shift.
The offer is live for 18 hours or it can be removed at any point without any consequences.
To remove it before it expires or is accepted, click on the date and then click the “Remove offer” button the system will remove it without any penalty.
Step # 5: The office gets notified with an email. When they accept the offer, you are sent an email notification to confirm the booking with all the details. You will be able to use the chat feature. With an accepted offer, on your calendar, the red target dot will turn to a solid red dot.
You will receive real time texts and email notifications on any bookings, updates or status changes.
