You are now able to re-validate your credit card if it has been previously declined or failed for whatever reason, right in our app. If the issue with your credit card has been resolved, simply go to your TempStars profile and scroll to the bottom of the page.
Here, you will see an "Update Payment" button. Click that and then click on "Validate Credit Card". When you click that, our system will do a check on your card to ensure it is working and if it is, the credit card status will change to Active!
At that point, any unpaid TempStars invoices (these are not the temp invoices from the hyg/da) will be charged and you will be able to post shifts and use Pay Now to pay any temp invoices.
